For Teachers

Educators!

Oxon Cove Park offers a variety of programs that are both educational and fun. Our education programs are standards-based and use hands-on activities to encourage critical thinking and inquiry. Pre-site and post-site activities are available to enhance your students on-site learning.

Reservations are required and must be made at least two weeks prior to your visit.  Education programs are limited to group size of twenty-five students or less and are offered from October to May.  However, you can make a reservation for your group to participate in our weekly programs and special events anytime of the year.  Check for specific dates and group size for each or these programs.

Please call Ray Whitacre, on 301-839-1176, to make your reservation.
